Sales and Returns Policy


We are committed to providing you with a secure and enjoyable shopping experience from our website. If you can't find what you need, or have suggestions about our line, then please contact us. We're always interested in hearing from you.

1. Giulio Lighting only completes and ships orders in the United States of American and Canada.

2. Giulio Lighting only completes orders for merchandise that is in stock. It is not possible to order merchandise that is not in stock. You may request for us to send you an email notification when an item is available. Merchandise is typically shipped within 5 days of receipt of order.

3. Sales Tax will be charged on all orders delivered to an address in Colorado (CO)

4. Merchandise purchased from Giulio Lighting may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We require that it be unopened and in perfect condition, with proof of purchase (original receipt and/or packing slip) included. A return authorization form must be filled out and prior to shipping back to Giulio Lighting. Once the return authorization form is filled out online, you will receive a confirmation number and information via email. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for purchase. Product returned in original condition will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. If product is found to be damaged or missing parts a minimum 25% restocking fee will be charged.

To return merchandise, please safely and securely pack the merchandise and include a copy of the RMA confirmation email. For your protection, we suggest you ship to us via an insured or trackable method, as unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your return if it is lost in transit. If you no longer have your packing slip, please indicate the order number, your address, and your phone number on a separate piece of paper and include it in the package.

Customers are responsible for all postage costs on returned merchandise. Giulio Lighting will not reimburse for shipping and handling charges.

5. Giulio Lighting will replace defective or dead on arrival (DOA) products with like product. Giulio Lighting will not provide credit on Defective/DOA product. Giulio Lighting will cover shipping charges incurred by customer up to the amount of a standard UPS Ground charge for the return of Defective/DOA product and the shipment of replacement product. For purposes of clarity, Giulio Lighting will not reimburse or pay for labor or other costs associated with removal of the product, even if it is ultimately deemed to be defective or DOA.

A return authorization form must be filled out and prior to shipping back to Giulio Lighting. Once the return authorization form is filled out online, you will receive a confirmation number and information via email. Defective/DOA claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Returned products will be tested upon arrival at Giulio Lighting. Any product that is determined to be non-defective will be returned to customer, at customer's expense, and a testing fee of a minimum of 10% of the product value will be assessed.

6. Manufacturer warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions ("manufacturing defect") for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase (the invoice date). This warranty extends to the original buyer (Purchaser) or end-user customer, and does not apply to fuses, batteries, equipment attached to product or any product, which, in Manufacturer's opinion, has been misused, altered, neglected or damaged by accident or abnormal conditions of operation or handling. Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the Product, or reimburse Purchaser or end user for the full purchase price.

THIS WARRANTY IS PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IN IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER ARISING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, RELIANCE OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

Since some countries and states do not allow limitation of the term of an implied warranty, or exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the limitations and exclusions of this warranty may not apply to every buyer. If any provision of this warranty is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such holding will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this warranty.

7. By choosing to request a RMA from Giulio Lighting, it is implied that customer agrees to the terms of the Return Policy as stated above.

8. Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned due to an invalid address, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

9. Unauthorized or Unmarked returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer’s expense.

10. Giulio Lighting will not be responsible or held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product(s) it sells.

11. Giulio Lighting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

12. Sales and Return Policies subject to change without prior notice. Customer should review these policies prior to making purchase.

13. Giulio Lighting strives to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. In the event a product is listed with an error in pricing or incorrect content, Giulio Lighting shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and credit card charged. In the event that a credit card has already been charged and an order subsequently canceled, Giulio Lighting will issue a refund to the credit card account in the amount of the charge.
